The hotel met all expectations. It's in a really convenient location in the centre of Toulouse, near the train station, yet being down a side street, is not at all noisy at night. The room was a comfortable size, with nice bedding and soft pillows. Everything clean, tidy and well maintained. The private balcony was also a great feature. I booked into the Caravelle as it was close to the train station. As I checked in at 9pm-ish I was given a room with air-conditioning. After much chatter reception placed a tower fan in my room - and offered a continental breakfast for 2 persons. A coffee and a croissant. Reception did not have the power to lower the price. I guess that was so as I had already paid for my stay.
