Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 12 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with bath and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron.

\- A jacuzzi for 2 people available all year round  
\- A south/east-facing terrace of approximately 10 m², a garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

\- Stroll, run or cycle along the banks of the Garonne, within easy walking distance.  
\- Take advantage of the Parc de la Ramée to relax, go for a walk or play a round of golf, just 10 minutes away by car.
