\- T1 refait au 2ème étage (sans ascenseur) d'un immeuble ancien ;   
  
\- Des prestations pour se sentir comme à la maison (cafetière, plaque de cuisson, draps & serviettes fournies...) ;   
  
\- Idéalement situé (Daurade/Capitole), une arrivée dès 17h en toute autonomie et un hôte joignable jusqu'à 20h ;   
  
\- Quelques défauts et traces du temps, mais un charme incroyable et l'assurance d'un séjour cozy :)   
  
Le logement   
  
Idéalement situé dans l'hypercentre, ce T1 refait à neuf et est niché dans au 2e étage d'un immeuble typique en brique ancienne, entre le Capitole et la place de la Daurade.   
  
Donnant sur rues, les fenêtres en double vitrage vous permettent d'admirer la ville sans pour autant en être incommodé par l'effervescence.   
  
Séjournez comme chez vous ! Notre logement n'est pas un hôtel mais bien un appartement de caractère pensé pour vous offrir une belle expérience :   
  
Une kitchenette ouverte entièrement équipée avec :   
  
\- de la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine,

En cette période de crise énergétique, nous devons tous être responsable dans l'usage des énergies et nous rappelons à nos voyageurs que la température des chauffages est limité en France, par la loi (art. R241-26 du Code de l'Energie), à 19°. En conséquence, il ne sera pas possible de dépasser cette température dans le logement.

NOS CONDITIONS DE LOCATION   
  
Le logement est géré par l'agence Keytoko, partenaire Toulousain d'Airbnb et de Luckey. En complétant votre réservation, vous approuvez ces conditions :   
  
\- L'appartement est sécurisé par un dispositif (MINUT) qui monitore en permanence le niveau sonore, la température, le nombre d'occupants, l'hygrométrie, le nombre de connexions internet... Afin d'assurer le respect du règlement et la sécurité de tous.   
  
\- La personne ayant effectuée la réservation doit impérativement être présente, à défaut la réservation sera annulée.   
  
\- Le logement est strictement non fumeur, les fêtes/évènements sont interdits et il ne peut y avoir plus de personnes dans le logement que d'occupants indiqués dans la réservation.   
  
\- Les arrivées se font à partir de 17h et les départ à 11h, sauf autorisation, aucun dépôt/conservation de bagage n'est possible dans les logements.   
  
\- Une caution externe (de 2500€ via Stripe ou Swikly) peut parfois être exigée (en accord avec les conditions d'Airbnb), ainsi que le remplissage d'un "Check-in Online" valant fiche de police. Le remplissage de ces formalités est obligatoire si elles vous sont demandées, même si le message est externe à la plateforme.   
  
\- Le logement (et ce qui se trouve dedans) doit être restitué dans l’état dans lequel il a été trouvé à l'arrivée (art 11.1 des Conditions de location), c'est à dire : propre (comme si c’était chez vous), sans déchets, sans vaisselle sale et le mobilier à sa place initiale.   
  
Le forfait ménage couvre les frais d’un ménage qui est réalisé avant votre arrivée, sur la base d’un logement laissé normalement propre, ainsi que du linge propre et des consommables mis à votre disposition.   
  
Si le logement est laissé sale, avec de la vaisselle non lavée, et/ou avec des déchets, si du matériel est détérioré, si une odeur de cigarette s'y trouve... nos équipes seront en capacités de le signaler immédiatement et nous pourrons vous demander une compensation financière au titre des dommages et/ou du temps de nettoyage supplémentaire ; cette compensation pouvant s'élever selon les cas à plusieurs fois la valeur du forfait ménage.   
  
\- Pour toute réservation supérieure à 30 jours, un ménage par mois (minimum) sera réalisé à vos frais. Nous conviendrons ensemble des dates et heures.
