### Le Brandy - Charmant loft climatisé de 42m²

Cocoonr offers this charming 42 m² air-conditioned loft apartment for rent in Toulouse, which can accommodate 2 people. Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty attic living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a separate sleeping area with storage, a shower room and separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is as follows:  
\- A large living room with an entrance, storage space, a dining area and a sitting area with sofa, coffee table and TV.  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, fridge, hob, etc.  
\- A sleeping area with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Shower room  
\- A separate WC  
  
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

\- Nearest metro station: junction of lines A and B: Jean Jaurés station 3 minutes' walk away  
\- Nearest train station: Toulouse- Matabiau by metro or on foot (15 min).

Por último, en la ducha nos dimos cuenta de que cierta zona del suelo se hundía y el último día, subió el vecino para avisarnos de que tenía una gotera la cual provenía del lugar que de hundía en la ducha y nos tuvimos que quedar sin agua, ya que tuvimos que cerrar la llave del agua
