### La Cité des Postiers - Joli duplex climatisé

Cocoonr Agency offers you this superb 64 m² air-conditioned duplex flat in Toulouse, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), it features a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms with TV and storage space, a shower room (with shower) and WC, a laundry room. Cleaning is included in the rental price, and quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows  
\- An entrance hall  
\- A living room with TV and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Two bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200) and closets  
\- Laundry room with washing machine

The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby at the indigo Saint-Georges or Jean Jaurès underground pay car park (6 min walk from the flat).
