The code to let you into the room was hit and miss and didn't work at times. The breakfast was disorganised and lacked choice

Worst Hotel I have ever been to! The hotel was very dirty (our room, bathrooms, hallway). The personel tried to charge extra fee from us without any proper reasoning. It was difficult to sleep during the night because it was very loud outside due to other guests hearing music outside the building.

Le flexible de la douche fuit énormément. Pas de brosse aux toilettes Il y avait encore des papiers des clients précédents au niveau de la tête de lit Une personne s’est mise à crier à minuit pendant 10 min, insupportable.

Lors de ma réservation sur hôtel.com j avais choisi le formule 1 de Blagnac ayant un avion a prendre très tôt le lendemain matin mais le site m a basculé sur le formule1 de l' Union sans mon accord mais je ne m en suis pas rendu compte de suite ce n' est qu en arrivant au formule 1 de Blagnac que le responsable ma annoncé que je n ai pas de réservation ici mais à l' Union j ai du repayer une chambre alors que j avais déjà payé sur le site hôtel.com

#### Service Nul et divergence entre l'hôtel et Hotels.

Je suis parti avec mon fils. Le chambre n'avait pas de douche (douche et wc dans le couloir) Le gérant nous a dit que dans le cas des chambres sans douche à l'intérieur, nous n'avions pas droit à des serviettes. Nous avions payé pour un petit déjeuner pour 2 personnes (le tout 53€) et le gérant nous a dit qu'on avait droit qu'à un seul déjeuner ( on aurait payé 47€). Donc pas de petit déjeuner

La chambre en elle mm est bien placée, le bémol cest la tv qui fonctionne pas un fil coupé donc pas image. Le lit était mal fait ,les draps pas étirés, plein de gros plis. Le sommier qui grince à chaque mouvement, des salissures ds les coins, lavabo sdd sale...pas top ,jesuis déçu

Pour le prix d’une chambre cabrio l’état de la propreté laisse à désiré. L’accueil est chaleureux très à l’écoute, je n’est rien à dire sur l’accueil. Merci encore.

Très bon accueil par Marianne qui de plus nous a sorti d'une situation complexe et qui a très bien gérée celle-ci sans l'aide de ses supérieurs qui privilégie l'argent à l'humain à mon sens. Nuit très courte car du bruit à la réception..

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, après s est installé dans la chambre,en allant aux WC, ceux ci étaient bouchés++ je l ai signalé à la réception mais pas pu les débouchés !; donc un WC pour tout l étage compliqué..et la propreté des douches pas super des cheveux partout serviette de toilette laissée au sol ...

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons constaté que la chambre n’était pas celle de l’annonce. Nous sommes aller voir le consierge qui nous a dit que notre chambre était indisponible et que cela était due au site qui s’était trompé lors de la publication de la chambre. Les sanitaires (toilettes et douches) étaient sale, aucun entretien. Il nous a été impossible de se laver. Nous avons constaté qu’il y avait même des insectes dans la chambre.

Je suis pas déçu envers le Formule 1, je suis déçu envers expédia qui m’ont débité et qui n’ont rien envoyé au formulaire. Lorsque je me suis présenté j’ai dû attendre une heure sur place le temps qui vous appelle alors que je suis handicapé j’ai toutes les cartes c’est vraiment honteux, je demande un geste commercial de votre part pour ce gros désagrément téléphone 06 75 32 16 31 merci d’avance

 Rien à dire au niveau de la réception, c'était correct. Cependant, la propreté laisse à désirer. Ma chambre était convenable mais n'avait pas l'air super clean. J'étais accompagné d'une amie qui occupait une autre chambre. Elle a eu moins de chance et a eu des mauvaises surprises en entant dans la chambre. Odeur de cigarette, draps non changés et tâchés...Je ne pense pas que je choisirai un F1 à l'avenir, même si ce n'est que pour une nuit. Je ne veux pas causer du tort à l'hôtel, mais je ne m'y suis senti pas très à l'aise.

J'avais réservé via Expedia une chambre avec salle de bain et grand lit . Je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre avec deux petits lits et pas de salle de bain. Heureusement j'ai pu changé de chambre avec un grand lit mais pas de salle de bain. Je ne renouvellerais pas l'expérience avec Expedia.

#### HORRIBLE A FUIR

Une catastrophe!! Personnel très peu aimable et accueillant. Réservation pour une chambre à lit double et finalement à l’accueil on nous dis que c’est pas possible y a plus de lit double donc ça sera deux lits simple et qu’on n’a cas coller les deux lit pour en faire 1 seul ou est ce qu’on n’a vu que dans un hôtel on change les réservations comme ça ??? Hôtel très insalubre, araignée, punaises, moustiques insectes partout dans la chambre ainsi que dans le lavabo de la chambre. La surprise d’avoir des toilettes et salle de bain COMMUNE, d’une saleté sans nom! Urine, poils, excréments partout sur les toilettes, le personnel nous a dis qu’on avait qu’à nettoyer la cuvette avec du papier ou va le monde est ce que on paye pour nettoyer les toilettes d’un hôtel ??obligés d’aller dans le mcdo à coter pour aller au toilette, obliger de ce laver à l’évier de la chambre. Porte d’entré restante ouverte la nuit donc n’importe qui peu rentrer c’est pas très rassurant. Femme de ménage très disgracieuse. Et pour couronner le tout l’hôtel ne rend pas les cautions ?? Vu l’état des chambres c’est vraiment culotté de ne pas rendre les cautions ça va que c’était que 6€ hôtel d’escrot plus jamais j’y mettrais un pied. A FUIR !!!!!

L'hôtel aurait besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation,mur,sol, déçu par la chambre car je croyais avoir une salle de bain dans la chambre avec une douche, l'extérieur est miteux et peu engageant,les draps sont propres mais tachés, le personnel était gentil et soucieux de mon bien être
