Discover the Ville Rose by staying in this superb flat with its modern, uncluttered decor! It's the perfect place for a successful sunny break!  
  
Just a stone's throw from the Place du Capitole, this magnificent 127 m² flat, on the 1st floor with lift, can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a large living room with a dining area and sitting area, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and their three shower rooms.  
Wifi free of charge. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!

\- Large entrance hall with plenty of storage space, including a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.  
\- Beautifully decorated living area with sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table and seating.  
\- Beautiful kitchen opening onto the living area, fully equipped with: central island, high seating, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster, crockery and cutlery.  
\- Three large bedrooms, two of which open onto a skylight, with ample storage space.  
One of the bedrooms also has a dedicated workspace with a desk.  
\- Three shower rooms, two of which have WCs and storage space.  
\- Separate WC

We had an excellent stay. The location is perfect for exploring Toulouse. It is comfortable walking distance for everywhere, including the train station for day trips. The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfy with plenty pillows.
