Halfway between Montauban and Toulouse, semi-detached cottage, 3km from Villaudric. Enclosed courtyard, shaded garden and parking. Cottage located on the edge of a small road. Bus lines to Toulouse. To visit, to do: Château de Villaudric, Animaparc (30km), many hikes nearby, Maison des Vins de Fronton (5km), swimming beach and stand-up/paddle/canoe rental (9km), remarkable market under the covered market of Grenade-sur-Garonne, Garonne canal, Toulouse-Bordeaux by bike (15km), Buzet forest and Montech in the Tarn-et-Garonne department (30 minutes by car). Single-storey gîte after a few steps: entrance (pellet stove), dining room, kitchen (4 gas rings, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster), living room (sofas, coffee table, flat-screen blue-ray TV), separate toilet, very small bathroom (shower and sink), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 90cm) (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 90cm). Electric heating. Internet. Pets allowed with additional deposit of €100\. Adjoining a year-round rental and the owners' daughter's home. Toulouse house located in the heart of the Fronton vineyard
