"The staff were very friendly and access to an ironing board and iron was easy and uncomplicated. The dryers in the laundry next door could be a little more efficient. We were given breakfast vouchers for the duration of our stay and the buffet style breakfast had everything you could want. The hotel was a short walk to Anamori-Inari Station and negotiating travel by train around Tokyo became very easy."

The buffet was so amazing, different selection to meet every appetite. The amenities in the room amazing and larger than the usual Japan hotels. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. "

"The check-in experience using the kiosk was horrible, i had to line up twice to check-in and speak with an agent two times before being able to check-in. The room was nice and clean, great to be able to use the Osen downstairs. I would definitely stay there again, but I wish that they would do something about the check-in process."
