The open-plan kitchen/dining area makes the most of indoor-outdoor living with bi-fold doors that extend to your sun-drenched patio. Cook up hearty meals in the modern kitchen, fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, large American-style fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Whether perched at the breakfast bar with a morning coffee or gathered around the dining table, mealtimes here are a pleasure. Continue through to the sitting area featuring two comfortable sofas, a television and study area with a computer. The ground floor also features a utility cupboard with a washing machine and a separate WC for your convenience.
