Right near the Quay and and just a five minute walk into town, you have literally got all the best bits of Totnes on your doorstep in this peaceful retreat. Bright and airy in summer to keep things fresh and underfloor heating to keep out the chills and give warm feet in the dark months. THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure.
