"The cottage is lovely and was perfect for my sister and I to enjoy a few days in Devon. It’s been sympathetically modernised inside without losing any of its original charm. All was clean, tidy and well maintained. Even with a pub just a few doors down, it’s quiet and we weren’t disturbed at all. There’s a lovely terrace to enjoy the morning/evening sun. "We had a wonderful 4 days at Iris Cottage. Set in beautiful countryside, the accommodation was lovely and the facilities on site were perfect for our group. Swings and play room for youngest to tennis, snooker and golf for older ones. The swimming pool was used by all of us. Would definitely recommend for all ages. "dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

"Cottage was a very good base for exploring places in Dartmouth. Clean and tidy cottage. Cottage itself had everything we needed. However the cottage could've done with a bit of a make over. Pictures on walls. End of bath. Bedlinen . Bed was comfortable. There was a little hole in the window in the bathroom. Also when you got in the shower you overlooked a public footpath. Overall we enjoyed our stay"
