Situation, plage , crique, resto de plage top , restaurant du haut avec la piscine . Tossa de mar magnifique rempart belle ambiance.

Wir haben im Vertrauen auf die Richtigkeit der Bewerbung (Komfortables Apartment) gebucht und für 13 Nächte einen satten Preis in Höhe von rund 3.600 gezahlt. Der aufgerufene Preis verknüpft mit der Bewerbung "Komfortables Apartment" sollte eigentlich auf einen jedenfalls gehobenen Zustand schließen lassen, was objektiv nicht der Fall war (vorsichtig formuliert). Bei Anreise mussten wir feststellen, dass sowohl die Anlage als auch das Apartment völlig heruntergekommen war. Das Mobiliar entsprach den 80er Jahren, überall befand sich ein Schmierfilm, die Schränke hatten einen üblen Geruch, es fehlte die bestellte Bettwäsche, stattdessen ein alter Überzug, auf den Handtüchern befand sich Kot oder Blut, überall Schäden innerhalb des Apartments, abgeblätterter Putz, Spinnweben, weshalb die Behauptung des Vermieters, die letzte Renovierung hätte vor drei Jahren stattgefunden, nachweislich falsch ist. Das spärliche Besteck war jahrealt, verschmutzt und schmierig, die Spülbürste völlig abgenutzt, ein Sinnbild des Zustandes dieses Apartments. Schon aus gesundheitlichen Gründen würde kein vernünftiger Mensch solch eine verdreckte, völlig abgenutzte Spülbürste nutzen (allein dies ein Affront). Die Betten quietschten, waren alt und die Bezüge abgenutzt. Zwar verfügte das Apartment über eine Waschmaschine, aber nicht einmal einen Wäscheständer, sodass keine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen der Wäsche bestanden hätte. FEWO verweigert jede Rückzahlung. Nie wieder FEWO!
