Luiken dichthouden is het enige wat je kan doen om de temperatuur binnen dragelijk te houden. Airco is er niet. Muggen en wespen maken het onaangenaam om buiten te verblijven, en bij afwezigheid van horren is het lastig om s' avonds wat frisse lucht binnen te krijgen zonder ook een zwerm muggen binnen te laten. Het meer is mooi, maar erg druk. Al met al een nogal duur huis voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Von dem Balkon und der weitläufigen Terrasse mit Pool und vielen schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten hat man einem grandiosen Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Check-in verliefen problemlos. Das Haus und die Küche sind gut ausgestattet. Der sehr üppige Einrichtungsstil im Stilmix ist Geschmacksache. Einziges Manko - jedenfalls aus Sicht unserer beiden Teenager-Söhne - war das fehlende WLAN. Die Verbindung über den Mobilfunk war aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es fußläufig ein ganz wunderbares Restaurant mit toller Terrasse mit Seeblick und hervorragenden Speisen. Unbedingt zu empfehlen! Unten im Ort ist außerdem eine Bäckerei, die eigentlich überwiegend auswärtige Betriebe beliefert, aber nebenbei auch einen kleinen Ladenverkauf betreibt. Der Garten ist gut angelegt und gepflegt. Wir haben uns vorwiegend auf der Terasse aufgehalten und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Kleines Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage und der hohe Preis in der Hauptsaison. Auch über unseren Vermieter kann ich nur positives berichten, wir hatten ein kleines Problem technischer Art im Haus, ich habe dann bei Herrn Schmid angerufen ( ein unglaublich sympathisches Telefonat) und nach 4Stunden war bereits alles wieder in Ordnung, einfach perfekt. Eine Klimaanlage ist leider nicht vorhanden, sodass es zum Teil unerträglich heiß wird. Nachts hat es in den Zimmern kaum abgekühlt sodass die vorhandenen Ventilatoren etwas hilfreich waren. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen in den Bergen. Zum See geht man einfach die kleinen Schleichwege hinunter. Für diejenigen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, empfiehlt sich das Auto, denn der Aufstieg ist bei gutem wetter mit Sonne, etwas anstrengend:-) Es war alles sauber und die Villa ist super ausgestattet. Wir haben jeden Tag die große Sonnenterrasse und den Pool mit Blick zum See genossen. Wir waren bereits mehrfach am Gardasee. Schon im Vorfeld hat alles wunderbar geklappt, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bei Fragen war schnell und unkompliziert, ebenso der Versand der Schlüssel und einer Wegbeschreibung. Wir hatten ein paar spannende Minuten bis das richtige Haus gefunden war, vlt könnte man der Beschreibung hinzufügen, dass das Haus von der Straße aus nicht zu sehen ist, der Stellplatz ist ausschlaggebend :D. Als wir es gefunden hatten waren wir wirklich sprachlos, schon die Gartenanlage ist der Knaller, liebevoll gepflegt und lädt zu Entdeckungstouren ein. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön, ausgestattet mit wirklich allem das man benötigen könnte und, mit der wichtigste Punkt auf unserer Liste, super sauber. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen, so sauber war vorher keine. Respekt! Wir haben einen Moment gebraucht um zu verstehen warum wir uns in dieser Anlage wohler gefühlt haben als in anderen. Sie wird von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt und ist deshalb "bewohnt", nicht so "steril" wie andere. Es gibt so viel zu entdecken und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es auch ein heftiges Gewitter das einen großen Pflanztopf umgeworfen und beschädigt hat. Wir konnten ihn selbst nicht wieder aufrichten, am nächsten Tag war aber alles bereits wieder behoben und der Pool gereinigt - TOP! Wir haben Anfang Juni eine wunderschöne Woche bei angenehmen Temperaturen in diesem exklusiven Chalet verbringen dürfen. Einrichtung: Es ist einfach alles da - noch nie hatten wir ein so vollständig ausgestattetes Feriendomizil. Wir entdeckten bis zum letzten Tag immer wieder neue liebevolle Details. Außenbereich: Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend - zu jeder Tageszeit findet sich ein nettes Plätzchen und man kann den Ausblick einfach nur genießen. Dazu ein schöner Pool, bequeme Liegen, Sonnenschirm und ein schön angelegter Garten. Wir haben uns nach jedem Ausflug auf diese wunderschöne Terrasse gefreut. Lage: Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist herausfordernd, aber lohnenswert, wenn man diesen grandiosen Ausblick über den Gardasee genießen möchte. Supermärkte und viele nette Lokale (Empfehlung: "Il Boccone" u. "Rustichel") sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 min erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war unkompliziert und freundlich - Herr Schmied war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die "Villa Ulivi" empfängt den Gast am Westhang über Maderno liegend.Das Haus ist südostwärts ausgerichtet und somit von früh bis zum späten Nachmittag zur Sonne hin orientiert. Der Blick schweift von hellen Räumen und der Terrasse aus weit über den See nach Süden. Der Garten, in den steilen Hang terrassiert,bietet diverse Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.Er ist ganz umzäunt - Freiheit für begleitende Vierbeiner und Sicherheit für deren Besitzer. Ein Juwel ist die große Terrasse mit schattenspendender Teilüberdachung und Pool. Das Hausinnere präsentiert sich sehr sauber und gepflegt, wenn auch mit Deko disparat überladen, was schönen Einzelstücken die verdiente Aufmerksamkeit raubt. Vielleicht wäre hier etwas weniger wesentlich mehr! Aber das ist unsere subjektive Sichtweise! Es ist leider zu erwähnen, dass die in Sicht unterhalb gelegene große Papierfabrik 24/7 ein diskretes aber doch hörbares Dauerrauschen vernehmen lässt,was auf der Tarrasse störend sein kann. Echtes Ärgernis: Ist die Schwimmbadtechnik in Funktion,werden Ruhe und Schlaf in den beiden Schlafzimmern durch ein penetrantes Geräusch nicht unerheblich gestört, auch nachts. Hier sollte durch Dämmung im Keller Abhilfe geschaffen werden! Das Telefonnetz ist sehr gut, aber das fehlende WLAN wurde doch als großer Mangel empfunden, es gehört zu einem Haus diesen Anspruchs einfach dazu. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und liegt mit spektakulärem Ausblick über d m südlichen Gardasee. Wir haben in der Ausstattung nichts vermisst, WLAN wäre als einziges noch wünschenswert gewesen. Mobilfunk hat aber ausgereicht. Vom Haus kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 15 min nach Toscolano, bergauf zurück natürlich etwas länger oder man steigt in gemütliche bis sportliche Wanderungen entlang des westlichen Gardasees ein. ##### Martin R. Tolle Aussicht, viel Platz und grds. eine gute Ausstattung sind den Preis wirklich wert. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was mir leider missfallen hat, ist, dass man die Anzeige sehr genau lesen muss, denn: 1\. Es gibt kein W-Lan 2\. Handtücher und Bettbezug muss man selbst mitbringen, was ich erst erfahren habe, als wir schon unterwegs waren 3\. Extrakosten von 1/4 der Gesamtkosten für Reinigung und Heizung/Strom (nur im Winter) sind sehr hoch und sollte eindeutig und sehr präsent vermerkt werden. Dennoch das Haus ist definitiv einen Besuch Wert und ich würde wieder kommen. ##### Sebastian A.
