Tors Cove Vacation Packages

This is a boutique hotel in an older building. There is a certain charm with the architecture and the high ceilings; however, with an older building there is poor sound-proofing (we heard every step the upstairs guests made). Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room needed a deep clean as there were dust-bunnies under the chairs and in the corners. The hard surface floors are great but were not very clean when we arrived. There was grit and fingernail clippings that did not belong to us. We walked around in our socks to keep the room clean but that also revealed how dirty the floors were. The location is great; right beside Jelly Bean row and within walking distance of downtown. The parking was as advertised but there are only 7 or 8 spaces on the street for non-residents, happily we always found a place to park each day. The check-in process was non-contact. We were given lots of information prior to check-in and an info pack on arrival. There was a guest directory provided with some information on local attractions and restaurant suggestions.

Staff were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was very tasty and spoke to woman preparing everything .. Lorraine I believe. She was wonderful. Pleasant and helpful if something was needed. You have a valuable staff member with her.

Love the Sandman style! Only negatives are rooms on the first floor by the down from the elevators aren't sound proof. Can hear every sound from doors 24 hours a day. This was my first stay at Sandman, but it definitely won't be my last. Prime location on Kenmount Road, all amenities including the mall within walking distance. Besides the rooms not being soundproof, the Pool and hot tub isn't open until the second week of June. I was hoping to soak in the hot tub to relieve some aches and pains. I didn't know the pool wasn't open until I got here. Very prime location though, can't get much better than that.

We’re repeat guests and always choose Leaside! Bonavista and Trinity are our favourite suites because we love having direct outdoor access from the room. Breakfast is always delicious, and the staff have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate my spouse’s celiac disease. Everyone is friendly, the area is peaceful, and we always enjoy our stay!

Just spent 2 nights at the Killick! It was fabulous. Extremely clean. Our hostess Darlene was very fast responding to questions. Very spacious! Loved our stay very much.
