It is located in the heart of the east coast of Malaga, in the urbanization Calaceite. The flat has two bedrooms with two double beds and two bathrooms (one of them En Suite), a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances and centralized Air Conditioning. The jewel of the property is its terrace with sea views, where you can enjoy unforgettable moments. Part of the terrace can also be closed with glass so that you can continue to enjoy the views at any time of the year. In addition, both bedrooms and the living room are facing the sea, which will allow you to wake up every morning and contemplate the sea as the first image of the day. Additionally, the complex has two luxurious communal swimming pools with panoramic views and green areas where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.
