### Country House 'Olivar 30' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

With a view of the mountain, the Country House Casa Olivar 30 in Torrox is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This property features a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, open and covered terraces, and a barbecue.  
  
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.  
  
The property is located at the roadside. It does not have its own parking but has a parking space enabled to leave the car (outside the property).  
  
Shuttle service to the airport available for an extra fee.  
  
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
