### Villa 'El Perdals' with Sea View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Large villa for up to 10 persons with pool and sea views  
  
Situated on the Rocamaura just below the Montgri National Park and a short walk from town, all its amenities and the beach, this thoughtfully restored villa benefits from a private pool and a large garden. There are incredible sea views throughout the house and garden over the Medes Island, Estartit and the Bay of Pals.  
  
With its 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, recently renovated kitchen and large living and dining rooms, the villa is very well equipped, tastefully furnished and ideal for a large family or friends. Three of the five bedrooms have balcony access and there is a beautiful covered veranda, with panoramic views, for outdoor living and eating. There is both on-road and garage parking as well as a fast wifi connection. It should be noted that there are 50+ steps to access the house from street level, but the views from the moment you arrive make this more than worth it!

#### La casa está muy bien en general, muy amplia con buenas vistas.

Pros: La piscina y muy completa de menaje. Cons: Hay mal olor a alcantarilla en la zona baja, sobretodo en el garaje que el último día subió hasta la zona de la casa. Echamos en falta más papel higiénico (solo un rollo por baño) y que no tuviera material de limpieza como balleta, estropajo o jabón lavavajillas. Cosas que si hemos visto en otras casas vacacionales.
