Welcome to our charming and modern 2-bedroom apartment in Estartit, designed to provide a delightful stay for up to 4 guests. With a cozy 50 m² of space and captivating waterfront views, you're right next to the beach for the perfect seaside escape.   
  
Convenience is at your fingertips, with the sandy l'Estartit beach just 20 meters away, a supermarket a mere 200 meters away, and restaurants also within 50 meters. For nature lovers, the Illes Medes, Montgrí i Baix Ter nature reserve is just 1 km from your location. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the nearby Empordà Golf Gualta course, which is 9 km away. The apartment is nestled in a residential neighborhood in the town center.   
  
The apartment offers a range of amenities for your comfort, including a lift, a terrace, iron, heat pump, air conditioning in the living room, and open-air parking within the same building. Entertainment is provided with 1 TV and satellite TV with French-language channels, and internet access as well (comunal wi fi).
