SITUATION: \- A 4 Km. from the beach of Estartit and the city center the complex is surrounded by nature with wonderful views of Estartit and Baix Empordà. COMPOSITION: \- Residential complex located in the Torrevieja urbanization, halfway between the sea and the mountains. The Club Torre Vella apartments have a capacity of 2/4 places and 6/8 places. \- Apartments with capacity for 6/8 people, have: Living-dining room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with double bed, 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with trunk beds, full bathroom, open kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. All with TV. with flat screen. Furnished open terrace. AMENITIES: \- Garden area, bar and restaurant in the same complex (not included in the price), small playground by the pool (adults and children) which enjoys spectacular views. \- Being located in an urbanization, the car is essential, as the area does not have regular urban transport. At the entrance of the urbanization you will find a large supermarket where you can buy everything you need during your vacation. At 4 Km. you will find all kinds of INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: \- Equipment (except clothes in general), water, gas, electricity, entrance cleaning and use of the pool (15/06 - 15/09). \- The apartment complex offers WIFI.
