The villa is situated on a natural hillock, far from the traffic, and surrounded by olive trees, thyme, rosemary and myrtle plants, it boasts a beautiful garden, a spacious terrace and several cool areas where you can spend pleasant days in the open air, sipping a glass of "Primitivo di Manduria" the typical wine of the area. \===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== The house, consists of a main body that includes the living room, the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and a nineteenth century trullo a typical local construction (with independent access), which houses the third bedroom with private bathroom. The property has been renovated in full respect of local materials and construction techniques and it is characterized by whitewashed walls, and stones. The furnishings are simple, but in perfect harmony with the colors and style of the building and contribute to make the atmosphere of the house even more welcoming. There are all the most modern comforts, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, dishwasher and washing machine. Furthermore, the excellent location of Villa La Rezza also allows you to easily reach by car many other beautiful beaches of Salento and the famous tourist resorts of Porto Cesareo, Lecce and Gallipoli. Enjoy the scents of the Mediterranean maquis, which combined with a courteous and attentive service offered directly by the owners of the villa, will make your holiday a pleasant moment and an unforgettable memory.
