Villa Claudia offers a unique stay experience in the heart of Torri del Benaco, with a large property of 3000 sqm that guarantees privacy and comfort for families and groups of friends. This splendid villa has 7 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.The villa boasts a private 12x6 metre swimming pool, perfect for moments of relaxation and fun. The outdoor spaces are well-maintained and include a lush garden equipped with garden furniture, a large 50 sqm terrace and a beautiful lake view and a fenced land that offers safety and tranquillity.INTERIORSUpon your arrival at the Villa, you can access it through a wide carriage gate that leads to a parking area.From here, access is through a large portico with a long dining table to the first floor of the villa. This floor welcomes you with a spacious living room with a sofa and satellite TV, a dining table and a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and direct access to the terrace that leads to the side terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas and direct view of the Jacuzzi. In the sleeping area, there is a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, a complete bathroom with shower and a room with a single bed. There is also a double bedroom with a complete bathroom with shower and overlooking the terrace with a great lake view.From the internal stairs, you access the second floor in a large living room with a sofa and dining table and a large external terrace.The large kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator and dishwasher and gas stove, opens through a French window onto an external terrace that opens onto the large lush garden.
