The living/dining room is equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm wide and 190 cm long), a dining table, and a TV, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment.  
Additionally, there is a direct exit from the living area to the terrace.  
The apartment also includes one double bedroom, ensuring a cozy and private space for a restful night's sleep.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.  
The kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer, allowing you to prepare and enjoy meals with ease.
