The house is not suitable for children under 6 years old, because both the infinity pool (usable from 9.30 to 18.30 and shared with the owner) and the private garden can be a source of danger. This section of the villa, surrounded by well-kept gardens, rich in olive groves also has a fantastic infinity pool over-looking the lake. The villa is fitted throughout with large windows to let you admire the gorgeous views. The property has recently been contemporarily renovated with a hi-tech finish, bringing together a modern yet luxurious vibe. The villa is easily accessible via a side road bordered by the lush vegetation of the lake. Compromising of an elegant suite with double bed, single room and dressing room, the property also offers a private sitting room including a sofa bed for two and full bathroom suite. There is another room also at disposal with double bed, or that can quickly and easily be transformed into two singles, with the possibility of adding a third single bed. The room is fitted with an en-suite bathroom.
