Our apartment is located on the ground floor of a small residential complex with only six parties.
The residential complex "Residenza Agli Ulivi" is located approx. 120m above Lake Garda, only approx. 3 minutes by car (approx. 2km) from the center of Torri del Benaco and is romantically embedded in olive groves with a spectacular view of the lake and the historic center of Torri del Benaco with the medieval Scaliger Castle.
The city center of Torri del Benaco can also be reached on foot in about 25 minutes from the apartment via a romantic panoramic path.

From the living room you can access the sun terrace, from which you have a view of your own little garden, the swimming pool with outdoor shower and Lake Garda and the mountains on the west side.

Our residential complex is located in a private street, where there are many high-quality domiciles.

Our apartment has about 50 square meters of living space and is perfect for a romantic trip for two, your family vacation or an active vacation with friends.
The apartment offers comfortable sleeping for up to four adults and is equipped with air conditioning / heating.
It consists of a spacious living and dining room with an open, modern kitchenette, a cozy bedroom, a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a small bathroom. Store room. The apartment has a panoramic sun terrace and small. own garden where you can relax.

The living and dining room is equipped u. a. with a very comfortable sofa bed (unfolded 160cm x 186cm), air conditioning / heating, a dining table for four people.
A large flat screen TV is available with many German and international TV programs, as well as a stereo with CD, radio and MP3 connection.
The open kitchen is brand new, in a modern design and has a large fridge, separate freezer, oven and induction cooker.
A baby chair is also available.

The bedroom is equipped with a new double bed (160cm x 200cm), air conditioning / heating, large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables with associated lamps. From the bedroom you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the entire Lake Garda.

The bathroom is newly renovated in a modern style and u. a. equipped with a walk-in shower.

From the living room you can directly access the sun terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Lake Garda and your own small terrace. Garden.
Enjoy the full sun on the terrace every day from morning to evening. Experience sensational sunsets against the backdrop of Lake Garda and the beautiful mountain silhouette of Monte Pizzocolo!
The sun terrace is equipped with a high-quality dining table for 4 people, 4 stacking chairs and a large parasol. Also 3 high quality aluminum sun beds belong to the apartment.

In front of the sun terrace (access from the living room) there is a small garden that belongs exclusively to the apartment.

From the garden you can reach the new swimming pool with outdoor shower directly via a small podium
ATTENTION: The pool is unsupervised and has NO NON-SWIMMING AREA! Kl. Children may not play unsupervised here.
The pool has a wonderful view of Lake Garda and the center of Torri del Benaco with the striking Scaliger Castle.

Equipment of the apartment: air conditioning, heating, fold-out sofa bed, large flat screen TV, radio and CD player, oven, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, large fridge, separate freezer, kettle, alarm clock, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, safe, sun loungers, parasol, drying rack.
Dishwashing liquid, detergent and toilet paper are available in the apartment.

• Fitted sheet for bedroom bed: 2 mattresses, each measuring 80x200cm (either one large fitted sheet or two small ones)
• Bed & pillow cases
•possibly. large fitted sheet for sofa bed, dimensions 1x 160x186cm
• towels, tea towels, if necessary bath mat
•possibly. Senseo coffee machine pads

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture (table with 4 chairs), parasol and three garden loungers.
Distance to the lake: about 800m.

Free car parking directly on the property.

Our apartment has the advantage that you can relax during the day away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. You don't have to drive far to be active, because the wide-ranging tourist infrastructure of Lake Garda is only 2 km away.

Relax z. B. during the day at our quiet swimming pool and enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake.

In the afternoon, take a long walk on one of the panoramic Lake Garda hiking trails (directly from the apartment) and stroll through the pedestrian area of Torri del Benaco in the evening.

Enjoy a romantic dinner on the terrace of one of the many good restaurants in the city center of Torri del Benaco.

CAUTION!
* The small private road (Via per le Prandine) is EXTREMELY steep at the beginning. Drive very slowly especially the first 100m, otherwise your car could hit a bump!
* Please note that our swimming pool has no non-swimmer zone!
* Class Children must not play near the pool unsupervised!
