#### Beautiful Apt., Quiet Neighborhood
A lovely, lovely home! Truly extraordinary. I really felt comfortable here. The apartment was clean, quiet and had lots of little touches that made it feel like a home and not just someone's spare property furnished with just the bare minimum for short-term renters.Internet speed was excellent: 200-300MbpsThe unit had a smart TV that included access to international TV channels from multiple countries. During my week-long stay, I parked on the street and never had to walk more than 2 blocks from the apartment to my car. There are a lot of highly-rated restaurants in the neighborhood and the walk to the beach was about 10-minutes. Grocery store was only 3-4 blocks away. Very convenient.The building was very quiet with respectful neighbors. Garbage collection and street cleaning happened once per week between midnight and 1am but I had not turned in for bed yet, so it didn't bother me. The private outdoor patio on the roof was a surprise to me. It looked very nice but I didn't get the chance to use it during my visit. Hopefully, next time! I will definitely be checking availability here first upon my next plan to visit Torrevieja! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

#### Angenehmer 4 Wochen-Aufenthalt in Torrevieja
Das Appartment/die Ferienwohnung wird auch von den Eigentümern genutzt und ist dementsprechend sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Nettowohnfläche (ohne Wintergarten und ohne Dachbereich) beläuft sich m. E. auf 72 qm. Die Matratzen der Betten waren wunderbar, das Sofa weich. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Decken usw. waren ausreichend vorhanden. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Kein Geschirrspüler, aber eine Waschmaschine. Es ist ein LED-TV mit Empfang über LAN vorhanden. Ab und zu brach die Internetleitung zusammen, da noch eine weitere Wohnung über den Router angeschlossen ist. Die Fußbodenheizung funktionierte effektiv im Wohnzimmer, der Küche und dem Bad und Flur. In den beiden Schlafzimmern war sie außer Betrieb, dafür funktionierten aber die Split-Klimaanlagen zum Heizen während unseres Winteraufenthalts. Sehr schön war auch die Nutzung des verglasten Balkons/Wintergartens. Auf dem Flachdach war ein großer Bereich zum Sonnen sowie zum Wäschetrocknen. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Garagenstellplatz vorhanden, der für unseren großen SUV aufgrund der Enge der Kurven nicht genutzt werden konnte. Zumindest konnten wir den Fahrradträger und die eBikes dort abstellen. Vor dem Haus war ausreichend Platz zum Parken. Auf der Straßenseite gegenüber die eine Großbaustelle, von der während unserer Nutzung des Appartments kaum Störungen ausgingen. Die Entfernung zum nächsten Strand beträgt ca. 700 m/10-15 Min. Fußweg. Der Strand ist gepflegt und liegt direkt am Paseo mit div Cafes und Restaurants.
