### 119 Sunny Dream - Alicante Holiday

The beautiful modern apartment in La Mata in new building that consists of a living room with a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a balcony. Capacity is for 6 people (1 King-size bed and 4 single beds). It is located in an ideal area for families, very quiet. It has the elevator and parking space below the building.   
  
An apartment is located in a gated community, where there is a community + children's pool with garden. Nice apartment of 96 m², comfortable, furnished and with views to the east.   
  
The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning (hot / cold) throughout the apartment. The apartments have everything you need: WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, TV (Spanish in one bedroom and living room, Apple TV in living room).   
  
In the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.).   
  
It is located very close to the sandy beach "Playa La Mata" (150m), 500 m from the town center. In 4 minutes walk are many restaurants and cafes. Right next to it is the market area for Wednesdays and supermarkets (600m) You can have a good time walking along the night embankment.   
  
Alicante-Elche Airport is located at 41 km and Torrevieja Bus Station - at 5 km.   
  
A great option to enjoy a quiet and family vacation in Spain.

Lovely apt. Close to beach and bars. Communication with agent once we’d paid full balance was good however we did send messages directly to host on VRBO app they were never answered which was very frustrating. VRBO emailed on our behalf but still no response. Photos showed kettle but no kettle in apt.

#### Haben den Urlaub genossen / Empfehlenswert 

Waren mit unseren 4 Kids (2,3,5,6 Jahre) hier in LaMata. Wir haben es sehr genossen. 3 verschiedene Pools, für jede Altersklasse was dabei. Im Oktober ist das Wasser der Pools für mein Geschmack schon etwas zu kalt. Die Kids hat es weniger gestört. Die Strandnähe ist Mega, gerade mit den kleinen Kids. Nur ein anderes Wohnhaus umlaufen und schon am Strand. Das einzige Erwähnenswerte ist, das es schon ziemlich hellhörig ist.
