### 019 Lomas Penthouse - Alicante Holiday

The beautiful 76 m² apartment in Torrevieja has 2 bedrooms (1 bunk bed with a double bed below and 2 double beds), a living room with capacity for 7 people. It has a large American kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, small oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine and etc.)   
  
The apartment has 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 1 toilet.   
  
It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. It has air conditioning in the living room and in a bedroom.   
  
To enjoy a good afternoon in the apartment, it has a large private solarium with terrace furniture and barbecue and a wonderful view of the sea.   
  
In the urbanization there is a community pool open all year round.   
  
At 900 m you reach a very beautiful sandy beach – Cabo Cervera beach, and if you like coves, just a few steps away you have Cala del Moro with spectacular views of the sea.   
  
If you want to spend an unforgettable day with family or friends, 4 km away you have the Aquopolis Torrevieja water park, a few steps from there you can reach the Habaneras Shopping Center.   
  
In the center of Torrevieja, you will find a beautiful central port and "Paseo Amusement Park" and the central tourist fair.   
  
The apartment is located a few steps from the tourist area with restaurants and all the necessary services.   
  
A perfect environment to spend unforgettable holidays on the Costa Blanca.
