In Torrenueva, the holiday apartment Primera Linea De Playa with step-free access and interior boasts an excellent location close to the beach. The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning with heat pump available in the living room, as well as a washing machine. The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.  
  
Enjoy the shared outdoor area at our property, which includes a fenced pool (open July and August), a garden, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower.
