Discover this cosy and recently renovated studio in Torremolinos, ideal for those seeking an intimate and bright space. Located just a few metres from the centre and with easy road and train access, this apartment has a private lift that connects directly to the Carihuela promenade and Bajondillo beach. Additionally, the area offers all types of services: from supermarkets to restaurants and leisure options. The studio, renovated in spring 2019, stands out for its incredible sea views from its private balcony and the 10-square-metre terrace, where you can enjoy a spectacular 180º panorama and the beautiful sunrises of the Costa del Sol. The living-dining room includes a double bed, table and chair, and a functional kitchen hidden behind sliding doors, equipped with a vitroceramic hob for comfortably preparing your meals.
