It stated that the room would be cleaned once during our stay however we did not have the room cleaned despite staying 5 nights. No tea towel or dish rack was provided in the kitchenette which makes it inconvenient when you have to wash dishes. We were unable to communicate with any staff from the accommodation when we had trouble with check-in as there is no reception desk. More clarity needs to be provided when advertising this property as the check-in is done online and then you have to use your phone to unlock the hotel and room doors. This property wouldn't be suitable for older guests who may not be tech savvy.

The staff were helpful. There was a problem with the shower...the water was very hot and could not be adjusted. I had to have someone come to adjust the water. The water was also slow to drain while showering. They did offer to change the room. It was ok.

Perfect hotel for a stay near the airport. Excellent customer service from all staff at the hotel, clean rooms & uncomfortable beds, free shuttle to/from airport. We had dinner there the night before our flight left and it was very good. Continental Breakfast was also good. Would definitely stay ...
