This beautiful apartment is unlike any other apartment on the resort and has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and is one of a kind. Beds can be 6 singles or 2 Super-king & 2 singles.

The apartment is ideal for families or couples. It is perfectly situated between 2 of the 14 communal pools which have exclusive use for the apartments. It is a short walk from the driving range, restaurant, hotel and bar. There is also high speed WiFi and full TV package throughout the apartment (bedrooms and lounge) and ample parking.


The ground floor aspect makes it ideal to access the lawns out the front and is very close to both of the pools.

The kitchen has been finished to a high specification and includes all the mod cons, including LED lighting and high-end appliances.

Through to the living room, you will find a 65”-inch Sony television, with a full TV package including sports and movies. The TV package is the same in all the bedrooms as well. There is also high speed WiFi throughout the apartment and ample parking.

A unique feature of Lake View Apartment is a small bar area just off the living room with large drinks fridge – perfect for keeping the fizz chilled!

Bedding - You'll also have the best nights sleep as all of the beds are superior quality Sealy Windermeres and the linen is 600 thread count Egyptian Cotton with luxury duvet's and pillows (all of which you rarely find in Spanish Holiday lets).

The master bedroom has been extended and has a luxury super king bed, which can be split to twin if required, there is a seating area which is just perfect to relax with a book and a glass of wine, whilst admiring the view over the lake. There is also a 43” Samsung television.
The en suite for the master bedroom features a large walk-in rain shower, toilet, and vanity unit.

Bedroom 2 can also be a super king or twin and has its own private terrace overlooking the front of the property. There is also a 43” Samsung television.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds, and a 32” Samsung television.
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit.

On the large rear terrace, there is casual seating, a dining table and sun beds all for guest use. The views from this west facing terrace are simply spectacular, particularly in the evening to sit with a glass of something and enjoy the sunset. There is a 6m x 4m electric awning to provide adequate shade over the full terrace in the day, and complete with LED lighting which creates a special glow at night.

Mar Menor Golf Resort was the first of a kind in Spain, finished by the famous Jack Nicklaus. The championship golf resort was completed in 2004 and at first was just 9 holes originally designed by Dave Thomas.
