Each room has a terrace area meaning you can choose to sit in the sun or shade depending on your mood. The two main terraces have glass curtains so you can open in the summer or close in the winter to give outside dining all year. \* Ground Floor next to the pool \* 3 bedrooms \* Five mins walk from hotel and shops \* Unlimited Wifi connection \* PS3 / Smart TV and many blueray / DVDs \* 3 terraces for all year sun The apartment La Loma Calle is simply exceptional. It has been designed by the prestigious architect Melvin Villarroel and it is based on his concept of “architecture of the vacío” where architecture and nature meet in a “comprehensive design” converging with a great garden area with exuberant vegetation in which the community swimming pool takes pride of place. La Loma Calle is situated on a gentle rise of ground and has an excellent view over the lake: the terrace is very large and private, overlooking the bunkers of the 15th hole, giving an impression of a beach along the lake. La Loma Calle is a spacious ground floor apartment on the newest phase of the fantastic Mar Menor Golf Resort. Benefiting from air-conditioning and heating throughout, La Loma Calle is furnished to a high standard, with an open-plan living area and kitchen, together with three bedrooms, with the master bedroom having the added advantage of an ensuite bathroom. Large patio windows from the lounge and master bedroom lead to a large terrace, with a six seater outdoor sofa, a dining table and sun loungers, which makes a great place for relaxing in the sun or dining alfresco. Within a few short steps, you will find the delightful, large communal pool, which is a great place to splash around and cool off, or meet other people. The resort facilities can be found within a short walk from Lorena's situation on 'Espliego' road, and close to here is the El Boulevard complex with several great bars and restaurants. The apartment has 3 bedrooms Bedroom 1 - master suite with King Size Bed, Double fitted wardrobes, En-suite with his and hers sinks Bedroom 2 - double room with fitted wardrobes and private open terrace with amazing views Bedroom 3 - twin room with fitted wardrobes and private walled terrace, PS3 and Flat Screen TV Lounge - Large room with patio doors to the large terrace, 46' plama TV and full international TV with over 400 channels including BBC, ITV, ITV2, E4 etc and Cbeebies for the kids. The apartment is a few short steps from a lovely quiet pool which is open from 10am to 10pm. We loved the outside space that this apartment offered and the underground parking was a real bonus too. Lovely location for a family but you do need a car. We had one and enjoyed many family trips out to the local beaches for snorkelling and water sports, crazy golf, go karting and into old town Cartagena. We enjoyed the restaurants on the resort boulevard and in the nearby coastal town of Los Alcázares. We have stayed a few times on MMGR but this was the nicest, quietest area. Plenty of parking outside and only a short drive to the Spar for fresh bread!Beds were comfortable and the air-con/ceiling fans worked great. We ended up using 16 out of the 40 provided of electricity on the air conditioning during a 10 day stay, with very hot weather. Our son loved playing in the enclosed terrace area, and there was some beautiful sunsets.Swimming pool was lovely and large. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, frying pans were a bit grubby but the dishwasher helped. Large fridge and freezer and plenty of plastic glasses which was handy for our boy.Only a couple of improvements to recommend, better bedside lighting in the main bedroom,- difficult to read a book as they don't give off much light! Tidy up the outside storage cupboard so it's more accessible and maybe have more than one beach chair available in there.Overall, a great stay and we would love to return. ##### Sarah W. We have been visiting the Mar Menor resort for more than 15 years and have stayed in all manner of accommodation and this is without doubt the best apartment we have stayed in. There are a few practical reasons for this. Firstly, the location, this is right at the roundabout so you have all the advantages of the views over the golf course and lake with being 10 minutes' walk from the Spar and Club. Also because of the location you get the sun within a few feet of the apartment all day.With the best will in the world, you might still have an issue with accommodation and that's where a good local representative is vital. The barbecue ran out of gas while we were there, and it was promptly sorted by Lee. The apartment itself is very spacious with all the amenities you need and has the advantage of being able to use the terrace area with the glass curtains in all weathers. I would imagine this would be a real plus if you have a larger family group.To sum things up, this was a wonderful apartment in a great location with brilliant support on the resort. ##### Simon G. Fully fitted so you can take less luggage as washing machine etc all there. We honestly couldn’t fault this lovely place and if you need three beds this is perfect. The apartment is well equipped, everything you need. Quality furniture and bedding etc. The management team are excellent too. The resort is gorgeous. The pool is practically outside the door. I have stayed on the resort a number of times and this is a well appointed apartment with everything you need for a stay in the region. We had no issues at all and were playing golf for a few days. Todo un lujo hacer yoga junto al lago y ver bajar al atardecer a las garzas y demás fauna del lago. Jardines preciosos y super-cuidados. Y el aparatemento amueblado con muchísimo gusto.
