Perfectly positioned on the 7th fairway of the renowned Stuart Appleby-designed Sands golf course, this elegant townhouse offers an idyllic retreat for families, golf enthusiasts, beach lovers, and anyone seeking a tranquil getaway. Immaculately presented over two stories, the property blends contemporary design with spacious living, ensuring a memorable stay.  
  
The townhouse is thoughtfully designed with space and comfort in mind. It features four generously sized bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Each room provides a restful sanctuary, allowing everyone to unwind and enjoy their stay. The open plan kitchen, living, and dining areas flow seamlessly onto the outdoor entertaining space, where you can enjoy stunning views of the golf course while relaxing or socialising with friends and family.  
The complex has a communal BBQ area and small children's playground for all guests to use.  
  
Located just a short walk from The Quay playing fields and Whites Beach, you’ll find an abundance of activities right on your doorstep. Whether you’re in the mood for a beach day, a round of golf, or a leisurely stroll, there’s something for everyone. Additionally, the renowned Sands Resort is just a stone's throw away, offering a bar and restaurant for your convenience.  
  
For those wanting to explore further, Torquay’s vibrant center is only a short drive away, featuring a plethora of exceptional restaurants, lively bars, and charming shops. If you wish to venture beyond, Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula are easily accessible in one direction, while the iconic Great Ocean Road awaits in the other.
