The Neighborhood: Very quiet townhouse estate neighbourhood, close to the Sands Golf Resort. Families welcome, noise restrictions apply, pool/tennis court restrictions apply, please respect our neighbours at all times. Our beautiful local beaches including family-favourite Whites Beach, just a 5minute stroll away. Torquay Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking 5mins drive away, and is patrolled in summer months. Front Beach offers long beach walks and (generally) calm swimming, while Torquay Point, Jan Juc and Bells Beach offer waves for advanced surfers. Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
