Sleeping up to 12 and large enough for two families, this home is spacious and inviting. It features a master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, ensuring a serene retreat for adults. A second queen bedroom provides additional comfort, while the other two bedrooms each boast two sets of bunk beds, making them perfect for all the kids. The family bathroom is thoughtfully equipped with both a shower and a bath, and there's a separate toilet for added convenience.  
  
The heart of the home is the brand new kitchen and spacious lounge area with a large cosy couch. Additionally, there is a semi formal living and dining area that comfortably seats eight, offering even more room to relax and unwind. This space is perfect for gathering and enjoying meals together.   
  
Step outside to the charming courtyard, where you can enjoy alfresco dining with a BBQ and outdoor setting or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.
