The property, accessed via a private road, has a rear garden and the provision of parking – which is rare within the villages of Cawsand and Kingsand. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms; two doubles and one twin across the three floors. (Note: In this case, the translation is identical because the text uses standard English that is essentially the same in both British and American English.) There are front and rear entrances to the cottage. From the garden/parking area, the rear door opens into a spacious hallway. A corner storage closet contains the iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The kitchen/diner has an integral dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer. A double oven and stovetop, plus smaller appliances such as, a toaster, microwave and coffee maker. There is a walled area immediately outside the front door which is a delightful sun-trap for morning coffees. (Note: In this case, the translation is essentially identical as the text uses standard English that works in both British and American variants.) First Floor A dog-leg staircase from the hallway rises to the second floor and the landing area, from which, there is a spacious, light and airy living room with a feature bay window overlooking lush vegetation and a wood-burning stove within an alcove. There is a large television and ample seating, three of which recline. Another double bedroom is located on this floor with an en-suite bathroom featuring a free-standing clawfoot tub. Second Floor A further doorway on the landing gives access to stairs to the third floor attic accommodation which comprises twin beds and an en-suite bathroom off. Additional Information Free WiFi is available. Clean linens and bathroom towels are provided within the price. (Please bring your own beach towels).
