Inside:   
Open plan living space with kitchen, dining area and spectacular panoramic views over Cawsand Bay.  
Sitting area with large corner sofa (sofa bed for two guests), armchair, pouffe, flat screen TV with Freeview, three coffee tables and bi-fold doors opening up onto your private balcony above the beach.  
Fully equipped kitchen with an island, three breakfast stools, electric oven, grill and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.  
Dining area with a large wooden table, 5 Eames style chairs and a wooden bench seating up to eight guests.  
Wi-fi.  
  
Sleeping:  
Master bedroom with a super king size bed, chest of drawers, arm chair, bedside tables, lamps and magnificent sea views over Cawsand beach.  
En-suite with large walk in rainfall shower, separate shower head, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.  
Second bedroom with super king size bed (can be made into two singles), bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and door opening onto a small Juliet balcony.  
En-suite with corner shower, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin.  
Third bedroom with super king size bed (can be made into two singles), bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and clothes rail.  
Family bathroom with bath, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin.  
  
Outside:  
Large balcony with uninterrupted views over Cawsand beach and the ocean.  
Two chairs and a coffee table on the balcony, watch the morning wild swimmers take a dip or enjoy a sundowner in the evening.
