"Good Hotel Downtown"
I booked the historic atrium suite with a king bed and had a good experience. Our room was large, nicely decorated, and the high ceilings were something we had never seen in a hotel room before. It was clean and tidy, however, there were scuffs on the wall and our view was blocked by a large building beside the hotel (not a big deal but it is a little disappointing). Our bed was extremely comfortable but we could hear everyone going by in the hallway. The service was friendly and the lobby was beautiful. The best thing about this hotel is the location which is right downtown and why I enjoyed my stay.

"Nice hotel some twirks :)"
the hotel is very well situated in town and the room was clean and the staff were firendly and helpful. They even checked us in two hours earlier but the toilet flush was very noisy and more importantly was the fact that WIFI was not included. I think everywhere now wifi is included and by default I didnt know I had to pay for wifi.

"Good location"
Very busy, large hotel. Rooms were very nice. Beds in double room were doubles (smaller than queen) but longer than a normal double, which was nice for 6' tall+ guests. Our room had a balcony, great view of Younge street. We were able to watch the festivities from our balcony while "Buskerfest" was going on. Would stay here again.

"Nice hotel, convenient"
I stayed at the Pantages Hotel while my husband was in the hospital. The location is so convenient, it is across the street from St. Michaels Hospital and the Eatons Center Mall. There is restaurants and shopping all close. The hotel is classy but dated. Our room was a standard room with king sized bed which was very comfortable. The bathroom was dated but clean. The tub is separate from the shower stall which was very small.

Great location to all downtown amenities. Very busy hotel. Renovations ongoing and therefore a little noisy at times. Room small but quite comfortable. Will certainly stay here again!

"BuskerFest Vacation"
We came for the annual BuskerFest and was very pleased with the hotel's location - but the parking fees are ridiculous. We ate at the hotel's resturaunt the 1st evening and it was very good but expensive. Toronto is expensive all th way around but we found plenty of places to eat and look at. The Ripley's Aquarium was nice and I would highly recommend the Bus/Boat tour - it takes you all the way around the different bourghs of Tornoto and you can get off and get back on any time. We got off at Chinatown and had a wonderful lunch. The Buskerest was awesome and had things to eat and see for al ages...Would suggest that you bring a small chair to tote around with you so you may sit...LOTS of WALKING...Beautiful city and clean
