People make noise, No parking anywhere, No room service , no paper tower water or any necessary items. Beds make noise. It’s horrible.

Rough neighbourhood but nothing i cant handle toronto has a lot of rough areas nice clean room private good for the price ok for men but im a woman i made sure i got back before dark

Due to the partition made of thin materials, so that the noise make up ofrom other rooms are so annoying, overall the management is acceptable especially the cleaner ms. Liang is absolutely a helpful person,

The property located in china town so that its age quite old, I think it is over 40 years. The staff ms liang, the cleaner as well as the front desk cashier, is very good , polite and a helpful person.

Their service is very poor!!!! I slept in the hotel for 3 days with a water heater working!!!! Most of their workers can't speak English so it's difficult to communicate

Terrorible radiation and laser beams and magnetic
The room I was given was full of radiation laser beam shooting, especially at night. It made me headache and dissy. Try Chandra the room for me but it’s even worse. I have no choice but to move out. The location is extremely convenient to China Town and some other places and that’s the main reason I choose to stay there.

we booked 2 beds for 2 people asking for 2 beds. We ended up in a room for 2 people with one bed - at the hostel recommendation. with no price reduction- i think we should be refunded partial funds as we were switched to a smaller room It is a very small room, but very clean and not too far from sights in toronto.Great if youre on a budget. the host we very ind and professional.

You get what you pay for and the facilities are fine. The place is situated right down town and makes getting everywhere easy. However, on site staff is non-existent. This was drilled home when on the second night a woman was in the hallway religious chanting about 'Sorcery and fornication' for the entire time. I approached her and explained that people were sleeping and she ignored me and continued talking about how women couldn't be trusted and that she was being tested by her enemies. Funny story to tell people later, but at the time we had no recourse but to endure this and no staff to complain to. If you want to get a flavour of how wild Toronto can be definitely worth it, otherwise spend more money

When we arrived at the door and called the number, we were notified that there was no room in that particular building left but they had the same room available at another building about 300 meters down the road. We called as we arrived and paid cash on the spot, got the keys and were show to the room. Everything was fresh and is probably the best, cheapest option for the location.

Strange place. OK for a couple of nights.
Looks awful from the outside. Looks like a squat with graffiti and boarded up bits and broken glass. Less than salubrious area. You have to phone to check in and await for someone to travel to the location. Inside quite basic, seems to be a hostel with some en-suite rooms. Room very small. Had a fold up bed and plastic fold up chair and table. Had a fridge and a fan. Window was open and couldn’t be closed. No washbasin in room or bathroom! The shower seemed to be a homemade wooden contraption with plastic around. Poorly decorated. Door numbers written on doors with a pen. Signs everywhere on how much you would be charged for breaking any rules. Some high extra costs ($5 per hour for luggage storage). When I left there was an argument going on as a guest was complaining about being charged for chocolate stains on the bedding?! Very thin walls. If you can put up with very basic it’s OK for a couple of nights.

Website was very misleading showed a picture and then we were taken down a back alley to another location There was a pillow stuffed around the air conditioner When we realized this we asked for a refund because we didn’t want to stay We were told no refund There was someone hammering at the door all night. And people sleeping in the hallways
