The qualities I have clicked on above. The only thing we did not enjoy is the bath plug which would not allow the shower water to flow out fast enough. By the end of my short shower (4 minutes), I would have water above my feet. The rest of our stay was perfectly okay and I did also enjoy the sliding door to the balcony. It allowed us to get some fresh air for a few minutes.

Cons: Sliding patio door didnt have working lock. Front door to room also didnt lock correctly. Wall paper in bathroom was peeling. No ventilation in bathroom. Pros: bathroom floor heated

Loiters/guests sitting outside of rooms in long dark lit hallway that are smoke scented. My room had no freshness as I entered. The carpet was dull and stained. Unbelievable algae terrace. Hallways are really intimidating. I checked out early next morning. The male at the reception desk was polite but when I told him I could not stay there I want to check out he told me I will be charged for all the nights booked to stay there. I asked him for his name he said “I am front desk, just ask for “front desk”He would not give me his name.

Banging sound coming from I assume plumbing starting at 6:30AM. I assume because there was no water pressure and everyone seemed to be getting up and showering. Front desk didn’t have a maintenance person to identify the sound then just didn’t know what it was upon check out. Fan in bathroom didn’t work so the ceiling was soft and sagging, patio door didn’t seal up so constant draft. Everything was kind of warn out and needed some updating and cleaning.

I don’t think the heating unit has been cleaned lately. Dust filled the slots Curtains need cleaning or changing. Employees were wonderful

Although the hotel itself was nice the roof was not cleaned well after the prior stay. There was an abundance of long dark hairs everywhere... and very easily visible too. The bathroom floor and tub were covered in hair... like it hadn't been cleaned at all.

no rubber bath mat and slippery tub floor make the bathroom dangerous for older people. Cafe staff extremely friendly and efficient, but overworked at breakfast, NOT ENOUGH STAFF.

The front desk staff and the 2 people who served us in the bistro were all outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. It was difficult to get to the hotel off the DVP.

This hotel is okay for a night stay however our bathroom was not clean. There was dirty kleenex on the floor and a dirty face cloth left on the shower curtain. Staff were very friendly.

A great weekend experience. We will be back. The only take away that wasn’t really positive, there were no microwaves in the room, no community public access ones either … very inconvenient for a family travelling with kids!! When asked about microwaves, staff told us they don’t provide them as they want guests to purchase food in their restaurant

Room was filthy and shower was broken and couldn’t be used. Moved to another room and there was no shower curtain. Were told they didn’t have one to give us. We were unable to shower properly. Breakfast was not included and they wouldn’t allow us to even have coffee to go. Overall stay was very unpleasant and disappointing and not worth the money at all
