Was fabulous. Great staff, location, view, water pressure & bed. Restaurant is only for events, but there are tons of places that are walkable.
Defiantly staying again!!
Guests should be notified that there are absolutely no kitchen supplies in the suite rooms when you check in.
That was a horrible experience to not have any supplies not even a kitchen towel, when we paid for a suite. We also could not get a hold of anyone at the he front desk since we checked in late. We could not use the facilities we paid for!
Overal horrible experience.
There was no one at the front desk when we got there to check in. We rang the bell, looked around but no one in sight. There was a note that said "I am away and will be back".!! No phone number, no time mentioned as to when they would be back. Half an hour later someone shows up and instead of apologizing this not so bright guy says "I left a note that I am away"!!. Seriously? How did this note add any value to the customer who could see with their eyes that no one was there? No contact phone number, no time as to when they would be back, nothing! Did this person even clear grade school?
The waterside inn appears to be a converted apartment building. It appears to me that it has been altered to be a hotel. We were expecting a bedroom. We got a one bedroom apartment. Great view of the Lake Ontario. If I were going to Port Credit again, I would try to book again.

The facility has a wonderful view and location. However the rooms are a bit tired but well equipped
Nice hotel by the water. Property is getting on in age but it is well cared for. The parking situation isn’t the greatest but the proximity to shops and restaurants is great.
Signal went out on tv. Called down person at desk said nothing can be done maintenance away till Monday. Called back and was told numerous other calls were now comming in. I said i was paying 500 fir 2 nights snd maintenance should warrant a call at least. Tv was back on within 10-15 minutes.
Upon checking out Feb 18 person at desk said he couldn't issue a receipt or any paperwork vecauae i booked through Expedia. I was not comfortable with that answer and mentioned i received paperwork on my Dec 10 stay. He then issued a receipt with my refund amount and gave me a copy. I should have had to press for infomation twice to get results. He just had to do his job not go over and above.
