The host is communicative. The only downside is the building. It's a condo full of short term rentals. One of the eleavtors was down. I often have to wait quite awhile for elevator. The fire alarm also rang at 5am one of the days. Host even went check in with us half way through the trip to ensure we had everything we need. The property itself was ok, no complaints, does the job. The area is very walkable to core downtown. While we couldn't always figure out what we needed to do right away (where the garbage went, for example), the host responded immediately. You can't ask for more than that. The unit itself was great - very clean, safe, nearby parking (ramp), and the property manager was very responsive to my questions. The down side: it was a little hard to get into.
