Unfortunately, we are clear on our listing that parking is in front of the property, on the street, it's free and the area is safe and under surveillance.We apologize for the mess that other guests left and sorry you experienced it. Please know that we clean the washroom very frequently during the day. It's rare such inappropriate action from other guests happens. But when it does, we are just a quick call/message away and problem solved in a minute.In terms of bedbugs, unfortunately pest control didn't find any signs of it. If only you communicated that with us when you found it, not long after check-out, it would be really helpful to make sure you don't have to feel anxious during your stay. However, it’s a good opportunity for us to make a thorough investigation with a professional pest control to continue to be confident that our accommodation is clean, and 100% pest-free.Thank you!

I can confirm that this claim is false. Understand that you were not happy because your daughter’s room didn’t get refund when you cancel it on the date of arrival. The room was spacious, clean and smell good.

Thank you for your rating. Unfortunately, you didn't leave a comment so we know where and how to improve. We understand that your stay went smoothly, and you was an excellent guest. Our communication was thorough and you seemed happy with everything. Until after you checked out, you sent a request for a refund saying the place was not the same as described. We got to work with Expedia closely and provided all the proofs to prove that your claim was totally false. Expedia agreed with us and declined your request. We have been hosting guests since 2019 and it was the first time that we were left with so many questions. Nevertheless, we wish you a safe trip home. Thank you.

Hi Uju, We are sorry to learn that you were not satisfied with your stay. Should you had communicated that with us when we checked you in, and we met from time to time during your stay when we came to clean or stock up stuff, we would have had chances to discuss some solutions. We believe that 1* rating is totally unfair to us. The lower unit is bright, clean and fresh. The area is safe and quiet. Free breakfast and free parking... And a lot more to tell.
