### Spacious Home in Brampton – Perfect for Families

Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Brampton! This bright and modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers comfort and convenience for every guest. Enjoy spacious living areas filled with natural light, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and cozy bedrooms with plush bedding. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for business, this stylish home provides the perfect base to relax and explore the Greater Toronto Area.  
  
\-ZERO TOLERANCE for parties and loud music, this is respectable and connected community we ask you to be mindful of the neighbors  
  
\-Limited parking only 4 cars allowed on property, no overnight street parking allowed   
  
\-According to fire and safety regulations this house has a house limit of 8 people after 11pm all visitors must vacate the premises.  
  
\-No smoking or pets inside the house  
  
\-Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am  
  
\-Check in is after 4pm early check in can only be confirmed on the day of arrival.  
  
\-Check out is 11am. Late check out can only be confirmed by 9pm on the night before departure.  
  
\-Depending on the dates of your stay you may be required to put out or bring in garbage bins  
  
\-Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage.  
  
Please be advised that I have a strict no smoking and no partying policy. There are cameras outside of the house and anyone in violation of this policy will be will charges a penalty fee of $1,000 and be evicted without refund.  
  
Please do not park in front of other residential areas in the neighborhood.
