Everything was perfect! Staff was top notch, room was quiet and comfortable. Location was great as I was able to commute via UP express to downtown Toronto and didn’t even have to leave the building. Loved the peloton room, gym, and pool!

We had a good stay at this hotel. We stayed four days and four nights. The hotel staff was amiable. The food was good. The room service was the quickest service I'd ever experienced. Our overall stay was pleasant.

Great location and ease of access to checking in for booked fkights. Good restaurant etc. Very convenient. Comes at a great cost however. I paid $520 CA for one room for one person for one night.

First place I have stayed that pool sauna and hot tub were open 24 hours. I’m an early riser 4 am. And most places don’t open facilities until 6-8 am. So it worked perfect with my morning routine.

Paid for a king size bed and when we got into the room it was two queen size beds. Called down at the desk and they said they never had any other room and said the one we got was bigger. Not good enough

Had to enter parking garage to drop bags at front door ($20) - no other entrance. They did not want Pearson luggage carts in their lobby but did not provide an alternative bell cart.

Sheraton, please listen to this: My wife and I walked across crossed the airport and went through the parking lot assuming there’s a way from there to get to your building. We found the elevator and the sign that said Sheraton hotel. However, when we got off the lift, there was no other indication or a followup sign which way to go to the building. We spent 10 minutes trying find the exit door until we asked a snow plower how to get to Sheraton through the parking lot. I would recommend to install an additional wayfinding sign to point your customers where the exit door is.

It is perfectly located for a short and often needed walk from Terminal 3 (especially). Clean, comfortable, easy, kind, I never consider any other property if/when I have an overnight at Pearson's.
