Dear Melissa, thank you for your recent comments regarding your stay. Please note that our General Manager and I inspected your room and noted that the heat works fine however the temperature needs to be accessed via the thermostat and not the unit directly. The door frame does have a small hairline crack however this is like from the building settling over the years. We are having the matter rectified. Thank you for letting us know and please note that the front desk and housekeeping are always on site to assist with you with anything.

Thank you for your review. The newly renovated hotel is very bright and very clean. This is a new hotel. Please come back and we will assign a room on the other side of the hotel where is no construction. Parking is patrolled on a regular basis. We appreciate your feedback.

Good afternoon Renee, our parking is not included either through our website nor through Expedia. As is common in any downtown hotel in Toronto, New York, Boston or any large Metroplitan in north America, a security deposit is required which is released at the time of check out.

Dear guest, thank you for your review. The building itself is nearly 100-year-old and to that effect we have had to retrofit the building to meet Accessibility requirements. This includes a ramp at the main entrance and an elevator lift by the main elevator for accessibility. We hope that the remainder of your stay was enjoyable. Dear Mr. Nathan, thank you for your comments. My sincere apologies for the discomfort you experienced. Yes, we are still "looking over the shoulder" of the new staff, we only opened on Thursday of the week before and our staff are still in the process of learning procedure and our new Property Management System. While we believe our new staff are wonderful there is a learning hurdle that experience will solve. I have spoken to the Housekeeping Manager of the experience you had with the cleaning staff, and she has addressed it on the spot, its unacceptable and we strive to do better.As for the physical building, we are a 100-year-old hotel and the elevators' size are a product of the era they were installed in. The lobby and aesthetics are a design mandate from Hilton and so we are bound to their design vision.Mr. Nathan, thank you for your comments and we hope to see you in the future again.
