Bed sheets had a stain and the bed was very sqeeky made noise every little move I made. One of the beds bit both. Very convenient location for our trip and very friendly staff.

I like the rooms and I like the location of the hotel. Quite near all the stores and stadiums. I liked that the first time they randomly upgraded me to a suite with a water view (corner room) when I initially bought a standard 1 king bed room. Wish they did the same this trip but hopefully next trip! I love coming here and will keep coming here.

Excellent experience, staff is very cooperative and amazing at service. They upgraded us for the premium room with a view which was a great surprise. The whole ambiance of the hotel is amazing, will stay there again whenever we will visit Toronto because of the staff as well as the close proximity with everthing. Would be great if they start serving complimentary breakfast.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff was AMAZING, which I feel is rare. I did find hairs throughout the room when we arrived. I understand things get missed but hairs gross me out. I did a cleaning of mine own and didn’t complain about it. Otherwise, loved the location and the room was a good size for 2 people.

There was nothing bad tobsay about this place. They even gave me a little gift in my room it was really thoughtful. The lady at the desk that set me up her name starts with a K and i believe she is Jamaican i hope i got that right. She was so amazing to me and my grandson made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast on the fifth floor was amazing, the food was hot and delicious and very well priced. The wait staff was amazing as well. I am going to book again in the summer and it will be with this hotel for sure. Highly recommended

Amazing location! No outlets worked in the room. Tv didn’t work. Shower was terrible. There was only half a door so water went everywhere. Staff was amazing. Super friendly.

Unfortunately the bathroom smelled of mould with noticeable signs of mould in the shower area. I had to keep the door closed to avoid the entire room smelling of mould. It’s a well located, affordable hotel. Apart from the bathroom, the room was clean, the bed and sheets comfortable.

Didn’t like the fact that breakfast was at an additional fee. I also didn’t like that my room was not carpeted -wasn’t comfortable for my kids. Asides those, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were nice.
