Before check in we were asked for a $500 deposit for incidentals before we were given any details, which seemed excessive. The wifi didn’t work, the bathtub was not working and leaking all night.

On check in, one of the baths was running and had almost flooded the apartment. The tap was missing so it ran the entire time I stayed there. Called to get it fixed. Nothing happened. The other bathroom has no shower curtain and thus water went everywhere. Slipped and fell badly because of it. No towel rail as well. Very poorly equipped kitchen, with no pans to cook on the stove. But that didn’t matter because there were no controls on the stove and the stove was broken. Bedding was itchy and closets were unable to be used as the rail was not secured the wall. I would not recommend this property in any way to anyone. the owner needs to go in and do some work to fix it up

First they wanted an extra 300 for a deposit, and i still haven't gotten it back despite leaving the place exactly how it was when i arrived. Did not leave me a keycard to access the parking or the building itself so it took me nearly an hour to park. Then i had to walk all the way out of the parking garage out the vehicle ebtrance as i could not open the doors to the building. Also charged an extra 100 for cleaning fees despite my single night visit in which i stated i would only be there a few hours to sleep. Seemed like a better deal than the hotel i had book so i changed and then the day before the sprung all these hidden fees on me. All together a very poor experience.

Clean and nice room, but No assistance to get help through the parking lot or the room, spending hours to figure out the direction, I lost my phone either in the parking all the way to the room when I called the frent desk doesn’t even know how my phone looks like in case the generator find it. It’s the worst experience I had in may life still didn’t find my phone that was lost on this property

Property was as advertised - two Queen beds / one bath. High rise location with small patio with partial view. Excellent location for street cars, coffee, groceries and LCBO (Ontario Liquor). Very close to lakeside and Park areas.

Disgusting
This is a scam. Some random Indian guy renting a disgusting room in a disgusting building is not a hotel. This ruined my entire stay in Toronto. Remove this disgusting “hotel” from your website. I will be contacting Hotels.com CEO and filing every complaint available.
