The property was nice but dealing with Quick Stay was a real hassle and because of them I had to overpay for parking Not happy about that at all!

The location was very good, the checkin easy, and the unit layout fine. The internet did not work at first, the tv never worked, and most critically, the heating was not working properly. The unit was 80 degrees when I checked in, and 84 when I returned after dinner. In both cases I contacted Quickstay and was told to “ just open the window”...that’s a pretty silly solution when it’s below freezing outside, and there is a lot of noisy traffic below..I might also say that the Quickstay response to all of my concerns was “ it’s not our fault”...the responses were prompt, but ultimately unhelpful...

It is truly unfortunate that this guest chose to not believe us when we said that these issues were out of our control. We strive to do our very best to fix any issues that may arise promptly and efficiently. In this case, the whole building was experiencing issues with the internet/TV provider (we have multiple units in the building, so we know!) and this was confirmed with building management. We also found out from the building that the air conditioning was only going to be turned on in the building in early May. Again, not something we can control. We communicated this to the guest as soon as we got the answers to our questions. We hope that Thomas will give QuickStay another chance to provide a top-quality stay in Toronto! The QuickStay Team

Super easy check-in process.
The check in and out super easy, the internet is slow, the TV has 3 channels, but for the neighborhood and price. Is an incredible deal.

Needs better check-in and communication
We had a difficult time with check-in, that unfortunately soured us on our whole stay. We arrived in the evening to find our room was already occupied--long story short, a guest who previously stayed in this condo on a previous booking mistakenly thought she booked the same condo again, and was somehow able to get into the condo and we were locked out! It took multiple phone calls and a visit by the manager to resolve this mix-up, but we had to stay in another QuickStay property on the first night of our reservation. We were able to get in the next day, but then we had 2 unannounced encounters with cable service workers on separate days--the management did not notify us either time that workers would be letting themselves into the condo. It's a pity because the condo is very nice and a great location in Yorkville. The management tried their best to fix things, but even after the check-in problem, the lack of notification of service workers entering the room made it hard for us to enjoy our stay.

The condo was so dirty and the bedding and towels could not be of cheaper quality
Sad to say but we did not want to stay in the condo any more than necessary. Great location but everything else was quite disgusting. From the cutlery to the glasses being sticky to the pillows that should be replaced to the walls that are all scuffed up etc etc.

Great place to stay
The condo was in a great location. Lots of cute shops and restaurants all around it. The condo itself was nice and clean. There could have been more lighting, like next to the bed, and the fixture in the bathroom needed a little repair. Bed was comfy. There was noise from outside and in the building, so bring earplugs. Overall I recommend it! I would stay there again.

The location is perfect for business or pleasure in Toronto: a block from the museum, shopping all around, restaurants -- you name it. The building is a former luxury hotel that has recently been converted into condos. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a small terrace and because it faces north is relatively quiet. It has been quite well designed with a convenient and well-designed kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was fine. The downside is that the painted walls (white) are pretty badly scuffed up with and the place could do with a repainting. Also the kitchen could do with some additional items like wineglasses. Coffee maker was an el cheapo. Note that the nightly rate quoted on Hotels.com does not include additional charges which add about 30% to the cost.

Beautiful luxury condo in Yorkville
A beautiful condo right in the heart of Yorkville. Had everything I needed, and more! Anton was super helpful and responsive to any issue/question I had. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Toronto!

I loved the location, but not how noisy the unit was. These condos were done on the cheap and you can hear traffic as well as sounds from the hallway. Even the HVAC system was noisy. At first I thought I was hearing construction that is still going on in the building but when I turned off the HVAC I realized it was that. During the day pretty much from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. the sound of construction is pretty bad. I had to leave the building to make phone calls it was that bad.

Hi CalElli, We're very sorry that construction occurred during your stay. Yorkville is under redevelopment and sometimes the workers use heavy machinery during the day. The suite is noise sealed when the windows are closed. Nonetheless, we brought this up with the developers and they assured us that the bulk of work had been completed. Amazing location. Hosts were responsive and friendly, very accommodating. I was in town on business and would definitely stay there again. The bed was unbelievably comfortable.

Iniciou o problema com o acesso ao local, fornecida senha de entrada no lobby que demora de 2 a 3 minutos para entrada, deveria ser fornecida junto com a chave o token de entrada. Quatro m uiot claro, sem blackuot, paredes sujas, sacada suja sem limpeza cheia de bitucas de cigarros. Somente TV paga, sem manual de instruções. Louça na máquina de lavar com copo quebrado, microondas com defeito, não esquenta. Elevadores sujos e mal cheirosos com acesso continuo de animais.Custo beneficio não compensável. Banheiro sem suporte para sabonete e shampoo.

The hotel room was just like the pictures shown on web. The location is very good for shopping and dining. Although the first day we had a problem for the internet and TV. They replaced us another room right away.
