The location was very good, the checkin easy, and the unit layout fine. The internet did not work at first, the tv never worked, and most critically, the heating was not working properly. The unit was 80 degrees when I checked in, and 84 when I returned after dinner. In both cases I contacted Quickstay and was told to “ just open the window”...that’s a pretty silly solution when it’s below freezing outside, and there is a lot of noisy traffic below..I might also say that the Quickstay response to all of my concerns was “ it’s not our fault”...the responses were prompt, but ultimately unhelpful...
